"One Boat at a Time"
1942, 17 ft Chris Craft
BOAT HISTORY
The owner knew something needed to be done with his boat when it continued to leak badly for a couple of consecutive years. From California, but staying at his summer home on Stoney Lake, he started asking around and was soon given our name to contact.
Once the boat was in the shop, we flipped the boat and applied a cold mold West System epoxy bottom. When the old bottom was removed, 2/3 of the frames needed replaced as well. Once flipped back, the side covering boards were sunk in slightly, so they were removed and refitted. New bottom paint, new varnish, and new upholstery completed this restoration.
