This Seabird had been owned by a local businessman and had been kept in a boathouse for many years. After the owner passed away, the boat came up for sale. The current owner was thrilled to find it, as he fondly remembered Seabirds from his youth, and had been looking for one to enjoy with his family on Clear Lake. It needed a complete restoration, but was complete with all its hardware, and most of the original wood was reusable.
