1937, 33 ft. Taylor Long Deck Launch
(owned by Toronto Metro Harbour Police)

BOAT HISTORY

This 1937 Taylor Boatworks (Toronto Ontario) launch was the fifth boat that was commissioned by the Metro Toronto Harbour Police the year it was built. She is still used for special events and for patrolling the Toronto Harbour on sunny summer days. As a custom order for with the intention to use for patrolling the waters, you will notice the simplicity of the interior. It's a true working boat. However, for today's boating standards, she's quite the head-turner when comparing her to the other boats used by the force!  She came to the shop for a minor repair to the side hull but ended up getting a nice facelift of new varnish, painted decks, bottom paint and hardware re-chromed.
